One thing that really pisses me off about Windows has to be the file structure. Every not-so-well-managed average user's Windows computer that I have seen has been absolutely all over the place once you get into the computer managed parts. Simply using Windows, after you've tried Linux, demonstrates the problems - weird file structure decisions, bad user management, no built-in services such as mail daemons. the list goes on.
